Lilly Young & Associates, Inc. is a women-owned small business, certified as a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE). With over 25 years combined as consultants in the building construction industry, we specialize in providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection consulting engineering services.
Lilly Young has provided our professional design services, for both renovation and new construction, for a multitude of projects associated with public agencies. This includes work with the Board of Regents, local county schools, municipalities and correctional facilities. In addition to this, we have worked in the private market, including educational, senior facilities, multi-family residential, retail and commercial facilities. Individually, we have acted in an assortment of roles within the design team including: designer, lead engineer, project manager, point of contact during construction phases and principal in charge. We seek to add value to our projects by taking into account means of sustainability and utilizing current technology to deliver a product that meets your needs, desired quality, budget and schedule.
